Yes, for a short window.   Contact us   or open your order in   your account   and use  Report a problem  within 2 hours — we'll update it before it ships.

Do you offer bespoke or custom sizing?

Selected atelier pieces support made-to-measure. Look for the Bespoke Tailoring badge on the product page, or   reach out   for a fitting.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery, direct bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Bank, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash orders require a screenshot of your transfer receipt at checkout so we can verify your payment before shipping.

How long does payment verification take?

Most transfers are verified within a few business hours. You'll receive a confirmation on WhatsApp and email as soon as your payment is approved. Track verification on   your order page .

My payment was rejected — what now?

Open your order in   your account   and use  Re-upload proof  to submit a clearer screenshot (amount, date, reference legible). Paid a different amount?   Contact support   so we can adjust.

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi typically arrive in 2–4 business days after payment verification. Other cities: 4–7 business days. International shipping on request.

Yes, on orders above our free-shipping threshold. The exact amount is shown in   your cart   and updates as you add items.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within  7  days  of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. Made-to-measure and bespoke pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged. Full policy on the   Returns  page.

How do I request a return?

Open the order in   your account   and click  Request return . Choose a reason, add notes, and we'll respond with next steps and a pickup within one business day.

When will I get my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed in 3-5 business days back to the original payment channel. Cash on Delivery refunds go to a bank account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash number you provide.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size chart with body measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend the larger one — most pieces can be tailored down easily. Full reference on the   Style guide .

How should I care for my garment?

Most embellished couture pieces are dry-clean only. Everyday pret can be gently hand-washed in cold water and dried flat. Detailed care instructions are on every product page.
